Bio

Natalie graduated from UC San Diego in 2019 with a degree in Bioengineering. Her undergraduate work consisted of utilizing FRET based biosensors to study chemotherapy resistant pancreatic cancer cell signaling, as well as developing a soft lithography method for controlling cell growth to better mimic cardiac tissue structure in vitro.

Research

Natalie's research work has consisted of developing thermal-formed electronics for customized medical devices, electroless plating methods for 3D printed EEG electrodes, and printed, flexible sensors. She is also interested in magnetic resonance imaging and microelectromechanical systems.
