Bio

Dr. Jonghwa Park received a Ph. D. degree in Energy Engineering from Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST) in 2019 under the supervision of Prof. Hyunhyub Ko. He has experience working at Duke University as a visiting scholar in the department of chemistry in 2017 under the guidance of Prof. Stephen L. Craig. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences under Prof. Ali Javey at the University of California, Berkeley.

Research

Dr. Park's research interests are in the area of synthesis, modification of various functional nanomaterials and carbon-based composites, and device integration of flexible electronics and electronic sensor devices. Currently, his work focuses on the fabrication of micro/nanostructured polymer composite, chemical treatment of polymers, and integration of electrochemical devices for healthcare monitoring/medical devices.
